Miss Mary is extremely passionate about the teaching and caring of children. She has a strong motivation to develop an understanding of the individual learning needs of each child in her classroom. The educational lessons and activities Mary develops and implements are engaging and thoroughly entertaining. Her bright smile, her generosity, and genuine love for her job is noticed by all. Miss Mary is adored by every parent and teacher she comes in contact with, and by every child fortunate to have her as their teacher.
Before becoming a teacher at Learning Pathways, Miss Mary worked with children age 3-12 as a one-on-one tutor in a non-profit organization called Reading Partners.
Miss Mary earned her ECE units at Skyline College and her BA in Child and Adolescent Development at San Jose State University. In the future, she plans to continue her education and earn her Masters degree in Child and Adolescent Development.
Mary is a big fan of animated films and shows. If she is not spending time with her family, friends, and her corgi, Mango, she loves to travel and learn new things.
