• We strongly recommend you apply at least 1-2 years in advance to ensure a spot is available for your child.
• Students should be 2 years and 6 months of age on or before August 15 of the year they attend school (exceptions can be made, please speak with teacher)
• We understand that "accidents happen", but we prefer your child be potty trained. Please remember that toilet training also consists of understanding proper wiping technique. We do not allow diapers or “pull-ups”.
• The Preschool is licensed for children 2 years through kindergarten age.

The policy of Learning Pathways is to honor enrollment applications on a "first come, first-served" basis. There may be a waiting list for new applicants. Returning students and their siblings that meet all admissions qualifications are given priority enrollment status. Full-day program applications are given priority over half-day program applications. Students are admitted on the basis of space availability in each class.
To begin the enrollment process, complete an enrollment application, and submit it to the school's Main Office along with a $40 non-refundable application fee. You may apply using our on-line application, you may print an application through our website, or you may pick up an application from our Main Office. Upon submitting your application, you will be asked to include a non-refundable $40 application fee. Your child's application will not be placed on our wait list and will not be processed until the non-refundable $40 application fee has been paid.
Once a spot has been reserved for your child, you will receive a confirmation phone call and email. You will have 24 hours to either accept or decline our offer. If you accept our offer of enrollment, a start date will be determined and you will be provided with an Enrollment Contract, along with required State Licensing and school forms. The Enrollment Contract must be resubmitted to Learning Pathways with a non-refundable advance tuition payment of $500 within 15 days of receipt in order to guarantee enrollment. This $500 payment will be applied toward your first month’s tuition. The required Licensing and school forms must be submitted to our Main Office by your child’s start date.
Your Application Fee, as well as your advance and future tuition fees, may be paid by Cash, Check, Credit Card, or "Procare". The tuition processing service known as "Procare" is the preferred method of payment for your monthly tuition and fees. As part of the enrollment process, we recommend parents sign up for an account with Procare, choose a payment method, and provide payment information prior to their child's enrollment. Instructions and information regarding the use of Procare will be provided automatically if you use our on-line application. Procare information will also be included with your enrollment packet.
